Deliverance Nutrition Subscription Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Deliverance Nutrition! These Subscription Terms (“Terms”) explain how our recurring delivery program works for individual customers who subscribe to receive their favorite products automatically. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Subscription Overview
When you purchase a Deliverance Nutrition product using the “Subscribe & Save” option, you are enrolling in our automatic shipment program. This means your selected products will be automatically delivered to you at the frequency you choose (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days).
2. Billing & Payment
- Your credit or debit card will be charged automatically at the start of each new subscription cycle.
- You authorize Deliverance Nutrition to charge your chosen payment method for recurring payments until you cancel.
- Prices for subscribed products reflect any applicable discounts at the time of sign-up.
- If a product’s price changes, you will be notified before your next renewal.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Subscriptions include free or discounted shipping (where applicable).
- Orders are processed automatically based on your selected delivery frequency.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when each order ships.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
4. Managing or Canceling Your Subscription
- You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Deliverance Nutrition account.
- To avoid being charged for your next shipment, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your renewal date.
- Once a payment has been processed and your order has shipped, refunds are not available.

5. Failed Payments
If your payment method fails, our system will attempt to process payment again within a few days. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled until updated billing information is provided.
6. Returns & Refunds
For health and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned or refunded.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement at info@deliverancenutrition.com.
7. Product Availability & Substitutions
We strive to keep all items in stock. However, if a product becomes temporarily unavailable, we may delay shipment or substitute a comparable formula of equal or greater value. You will always be notified in advance.
8. Updates to These Terms
Deliverance Nutrition may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in the subscription program will indicate acceptance of those changes.
